FOSHE Consulting supports life sciences and technology organisations to build the operational foundations that enable science, support growth and create resilient organisations. Based on my leadership experience across facilities, operations, EHS and sustainability, I help organisations navigate growth, operational complexity and change. I've seen first-hand how infrastructure, governance and organisational capability can either enable growth or become a constraint when organisations scale. My focus is on helping organisations put the right foundations in place without overcomplicating processes or slowing progress. Support is typically provided through advisory, project-based and interim leadership engagements, depending on organisational needs.
